I direct that any of my legally enforceable debts, any expenses of my Iast illness, funeral and burial, and any of the administrative expenses of my estate shall be paid as soon as co�veniently may be done following my decease. B. 1 direct that all state and Tederal transfer inheritance tax, estate tax or any other similar tax, including any interest or penalties thereon, that may beCOme due and payable because of my death, with respect to property which is part of my estate for death tax purposes, whether or nof such property pesses under this will, shall be paid by my estate, just as if such taxes were my debts, and no beneficfary shail be required to pay or refurtd any part of such taxes. I bequeath all my tangible personal property, including by way of illustretlon but � not by way of limitation, my household furniture and furnishings, paintings, books, automobiles, jewelry and personal effects, exclusive of arty such property used in a trade or business, in accordance with the terms of a signed and dated memorandum I may prepare. !f no such memorandum is received or located by my Executrix within sixty (60) days after being appointed as such, after a reasonable search for such memorendum, my Executrix shafl be held hermless for distributing such assets as hereafter provided. I bequeath eny such property not disposed of by such memorandum, or all of such property iT no such memorandum is sp received or located, to my husband, VICTOR REDA, if he survives me. If my husband, VICTOR REDA, faiis to survive me, I bequeath all such property to my children, MURE7TA YENTZER and JILL KENT, living at my death, to be divided between them in as nearly equal shares as they agree. In the event of irreconciiable disagreement between my children, they shall take altemate turns selecting individual itams with my oldest child making the first selection. Any items not so sefected shali be sold and the proceeds shall pass as a part of my residuary estate. B. To the extent practicable In the Executrix's sole discretion, I bequeath any policies of insurance on such property to the beneficiary entitled to such property. C. I direct that the expenses of storing, packing, shipping, insuring and delivering any such property to the beneficiary entitled thereto shall be pald by the Executrix as an administrative expense of my estate.
