AND NOW,this 31 st day of May,2013,upon consideration of the Petition for Probate and Grant
of Letters filed by Dianna Casner, dated and filed on May 29, 2013, for the estate of Wanda L.
Brownning, a/k/a Wanda Louise Brownning, a/k/a Wanda L. Browning , IT IS HEREBY DECREED
that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount of$100,000.00 in the name of the
Commonwealth. Pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 359, any corporation acting as
surety shall have filed in the office of the Prothonotary, a copy of its last annual statement to the
Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the bond in the amount of$250,000 filed at probate is
accepted and Letters of Administration are hereby granted to Dianna Casner.
