AND NOW, this 3rd day of June, 2013, upon
consideration of the foregoing Petition to Remove Executrix, and
the Court having issued a rule upon Barbara T. Brown, executrix
of the estate of Margaret B. Brown, to appear and show cause why
she should not be removed as executrix, and it appearing that
notice has been served on Barbara T. Brown of today' s hearing,
and further it being represented to this Court by Edmund Myers,
Esquire, on behalf of Petitioner, that he had informed the
executrix of today' s hearing and that she indicated to him that
she is unable to perform the duties of executrix, the Court
hereby finds that the interests of the estate are likely to be
jeopardized by her continuance in the office .
Accordingly, Barbara T . Brown is hereby removed as
executrix of the estate of Margaret B. Brown. It is this
Court ' s understanding that the Petitioner, Jennifer R. Hatton,
intends to apply to this Court to be the executrix of the
estate .
