', 1, JEAN ELIZABETH BARRICK, presently residing at 681vorth xigh Street,
Newville, Newville Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241, being of sound mind, �
memory and disposition, do hereby make, publish and declaze this my Last Will and Testament, I
hereby revoking and making void all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. ',

I� FIRST: PAYMENT OF EXPENSES - I order and direct the payment of all my legally
enforceable debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease. I
SECOND: PERSONAL EFFECTS - I bequeath those articles of my household fumiture
and furnishings and those articles of my personal effects and personal property as set forth in a
separate memorandum (which is signed by me, dated and makes specific reference to this Will and
memorandum, which I shall place with my Will or deposit with my attorney), the persons therein
designated.
THIRD: RESIDUE OF ESTATE—I give, devise and bequeath all the remainder of my
estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate equally to my children,
NANCY R. EVANS and NOLAN S. BARRICK.
FOURTH: CONTINGENT BENEFICIARIES - In the event that a child of mine
should predecease me, I then distribute the shaze of my deceased child to his or her issue (lineal
decendants).
FIFTH: TRUST — In the event that any beneficiary of Paragraph FOURTH of this my
Last Will and Testament is under the age of twenty-five (25) years, I then give and bequeath said
beneficiary's shaze of any property which passes under this Will or otherwise IN TRUST to my
surviving child as TRUSTEE to invest and re-invest the same until the said beneficiary reaches

by law:

, A. While the beneficiary is a minor, the power to expend the income and
principal towards the health, support and maintenance, and education of the

B. The power and obligation to dish-ibute the remaining balance of the Trust
wben the said beneficiary reaches the age of twenty-five (25) years, without
�' the necessity of a formal adjudication of the Trustee's Account in the Court
` of Coitimon Pleas of Cumberland County, upon the receipt of a good and
valid release; and

and shall not be subject to assignment by him or her, nor to attachment or
iexecution under any legal, equitable or other process for the enforcement of '
I judgments or claims of any sort against them, either individually or
collectively.
SIXTH: PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES - I nominate, constitute and appoint, my !
children, NANCY R. EVANS and NOLAN S. BARRICK or the survivor thereof, to be the Co- '
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
SEVENTH: WAIVER OF BOND - I direct that neither my Co-Executors or Trustees
ishall be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
IEIGHTH: TAXES - I hereby direct that all federal, state and other death taxes payable
because of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes,
whether or not passing under this Will, including any interest ar penalty imposed in connection
with such tases, shall be considered a part of the expense of administration of my estate and that
such be paid out of the rest and residue of my estate.
