of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and disposing-oiPf�ent�., in o
do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my�°Last Wi�l �
and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils at any
time heretofore made by me .
ITEM 1
I direct that all my just debts, secured and unsecured,
including those associated with my final illness and death
be paid as soon as practicable.
ITEM 2
I direct that all estate, inheritance, succession, death
or similar taxes assessed with respect to my estate herein
disposed of, or any part thereof , or any bequest or devise
contained in this my Last Will and Testament (which term wherever
used shall include any Codicil hereto ) , or on any insurance
upon my life or on any property held jointly by me with another
or on any transfer made be me duing my lifetime or on any other
property or interest in property included in my estate for
tax purposes , be paid out of my residuary estate and shall
not be charged to or against any recipient, beneficiary, transferee,
or owner of such property or interest in property included
in my estate for such tax purposes . Should any real property
pass under my Will, it shall pass subject to any mortgage or
lien thereon.
ITEM 3
I give, devise, and bequeath my one half ownership, with
all insurance thereon and relating thereto, in my residence
at 305 Third Street, Summerdale, Pennsylvania, to my friend,
Paige Miller, if she survives me.
ITEM 4
I give and bequeath the automobile, owned by me at the
time of my death with all insurance thereon and relating thereto,
to my nephew, Ronald A. McConaughey, if he survives me and
is age 21. If Ronald is not age 21, at the time of my death,
I give and bequeath the ownership of said automobile to my
friend, Paige Miller, in trust for Ronald until he reaches
age 21 . Should Ronald not reach age 21, the trustee, Paige
Miller, shall be given the automobile for whatever purposes ,
including her own personal purposes, she shall choose.
ITEM 5
I give and bequeath all my tangible personal property
of every nature and wheresoever situated, owned by me at the
time of my death, other than any article specifically bequeathed
the bequest of which has not lapsed, to my friend, Paige Miller,
if she survives me.
ITEM 6
I give and bequeath the ownership of my American Standard
Life and Accident Insurance Company Whole Life, Policy Number
A56510-L1, Ronald A. McConaughey, (insured) , to my friend,
Paige Miller, in trust for Ronald A. McConaughey, until he
reaches age 21. Should Ronald not reach age 21, the trustee,
Paige Miller, shall be given the trust for whatever purposes ,
including her own personal purposes , she shall choose.
ITEM 7
I give and bequeath the ownership of my INA Insurance
Policy and Prudential Insurance Policy Number Rl 088 857 to
my friend, Paige Miller, in trust for the following of my nieces
and nephews who survive me: Ronald McConaughey, Lisa Devincenzi,
Cheryl Devincenzi, Alicia Devincenzi, Lori Meyer, Melissa Laird,
Michelle Laird, Rebecca Laird, and June Schiner. This trust
is to assist those so named in defraying college expenses,
when, and as needed, at the trustee ' s discretion, including,
but not limited to, tuition costs , books, dormitory fees, and
living expenses . This money is provided so that none of those
so name will need to work and attend college at the same time
unless they so desire. The individual ability to obtain funds
from this trust ceases as each niece or nephew named reaches
age 23 . When the last one living reaches the age of 23 , this
trust will cease to exist. When, and if , the funds from these
two policies are exhausted, the trustee is not expected to
provide additional funds from either her own personal resources
or any other part of my estate. Any money remaining in the
trust at the time it ceases to exist shall be given to my friend,
Paige Miller, for whatever purposes, including her own personal
purposes, she shall choose .
ITEM 8
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my property of every kind and description ( including
lapsed legacies and trusts ) , wherever situate and whether acquired
before or after the execution of this Will to my nephew, Ronald
A. McConaughey and my niece, Kimberly A. DeStito, per capita.
ITEM 9
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament, my friend, Paige Miller,
and direct that she shall serve without bond or surety. By
way of illustration, and not of limitation, and, in addition
to any inherent, implied or statutory powers granted to executrices
generally, my Executrix is specifically authorized and empowered

with respect to any property, real or personal, at any time
held under any provision of this my Will, to allot, care for,
collect, compromise claims, contract with respect to, continue
any business of mine, convey, convert, deal with, dispose of ,
enter into, exchange, hold, improve, incorporate any business
of mine, invest, lease, manage, mortgage, grant and exercise
options with respect to, take possession of , pledge, receive,
release, repair, sell , sue for, to make distributions in cash
or in kind or partly in, each without regard to the income
tax basis of such asset, and in general to exercise all of
the powers in the management of any estates which any individual
could exercise in the management of similar property owned
in her own right, upon such terms and conditions as to my Executrix
may seem best, and to execute and deliver any and all instruments
and to do all acts which my Executrix may deem proper and necessary
to carry out the purposes of this my Will , without being limited
in any way by the specific grants of power made, and without
necessity of a Court Order.
ITEM 10
In the event of the simultaneous death of myself and my
friend, Paige Miller, I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint
my sister, Ivalou Meyer, as Executrix under the same terms
and conditions as Paige Miller was appointed . Further, my
sister, Ivalou Meyer, is to assume the responsibility for administering
the trusts outlined in Items 6 and 7 . Any money remaining
when those trusts cease or lapse shall pass per capita to Ivalou
Meyer and to my nephew, Ronald A. McConaughey, and my niece,
Kimberly A. DeStito, if they are still living.
ITEM 11
In the event of the death of my friend, Paige Miller,
prior to the trusts outlined in Items 6 and 7 ceasing or lapsing,
I hereby nominate , constitute, and appoint my sister, Ivalou
Meyer, to administer those trusts. Any money remaining when
those trusts cease or lapse shall pass per capita to Ivalou
Meyer and to my nephew Ronald A. McConaughey, and my niece,
Kimberly A. DeStito, if they are still living.
