AND NOW comes Petitioner, William R.Meredith, by and through his Attorney;-Linda

J. Olsen, Esquire, and files the within Motion to Make Rule Absolute, and in support hereof,
respectfully represents as follows:
1. On April 29, 2013, Linda J. Olsen, Esquire, on behalf of William R. Meredith
("Petitioner") filed a Petition to Appoint Successor Guardian ("Petition").
2. On May 6, 2013, this Honorable Court issued a Rule to Show Cause to show
cause why the Petition to Appoint Successor Guardian should not be granted, returnable 20
days from the date of service, instructing the beneficiaries and/or any other interested parties of
the Petition to Appoint Successor Guardian to show cause why the Petition should not be
granted. A copy of the Rule is attached hereto as Exhibit"A."
3. The Rule was returnable twenty(20) days from the date of service of the Rule.
4. Service of the Rule to Show Cause upon the interested parties, Linda J. Olsen,
Leslie L. Tomeo, Esquire, William R. Meredith and South Mountain Restoration Center was
effectuated by the Court by Regular United States Mail on May 7, 2013. See Exhibit `B"
attached hereto.
5. The time for parties in interest to show cause why the Petition should not be
granted has expired.
6. No objections to the Petition have been filed with the Orphans' Court Division
of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court enter its Order making
the May 6, 2013 Rule absolute and granting Petitioner's Petition to Appoint Successor
Guardian naming William R. Meredith as plenary guardian of the person and estate of
Constance M. Meredith.
