paid as soon after my death as may be practicabl�e.
2. All the re:�t, residue and s•emainder of my estate, I give
devise and bequeath, unto my husband, John A. Desso.
3. In the event that my husband, John A. Desso, should not
survivr. me, or that wc should both die as the result of a common
disaster, then I givc and devise all i;he residue of m,y estate un-
