HEATHER E. KIRKLAND, have received from Steven M. Garvin,Executor of the Last Will
and Testament of Ernest E. Garvin, Deceased,the sum of FIVE THOU5AND ($5,000.00)
DOLLARS (the"Property"), in full satisfaction of the gift made to me in IT'EM SECOND,
pazagraph(A) of the Will of the above-named Decedent; and
I do hereby fully release and discharge the Estate of Ernest E. Garvin, deceased (the
"Estate"), and the said Steven M. Garvin from any and all claims I may have against the Estate or
against Steven M. Garvin for his administration of the Estate; and
I do hereby accept and approve the distribution of the Property with the same force and
effect as if the Property had been distributed in conformity with a decree of court after
confirmation of an account; and
I direct and authorize the Clerk of the Orphans' Court and/or the Register of Wills to
enter a receipt on the docket in my name, place and stead.
