DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW,this 6th day of June, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate
and Grant of Letters filed by Mary Ellen Judge-Caulfield and Craig A. Diehl, Esquire,
including the averment that all assets of the Estate will remain in the custody and control of
resident co-personal representative, filed on June 6, 2013, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that
the surety bond set for Mary Ellen Judge-Caulfield in the amount of$600,000.00 is
waived.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration c.t.a. are hereby
issued to Mary Ellen Judge-Caulfield and Craig A. Diehl, Esquire, who shall have all the
rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the
administration of this estate according to law.
