LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I , CLARA KELLOGG BALDAUF, of 3815 Copper Kettle Road,
Camp Hi.11, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do
hereby make my Last Will and Testament , and revolce all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST : I direct payment out of my e,state of the ex-
penses of my illness and funeral.
SECOND: I give and beaueath to my daughter , MARY
CLPIRF PATTOnT, all my �ewelry, clothirig apparel, and sterling sil-
verwar�e. The remainder of my estate, consisting of all my person-
al property, both tangible and intanq:ible, and all my real proper-
ty, wherever situate, I give to my husband, DOnTALD H. BALDAUF,
providing that he survive me by thirt�y ( 30) days from the date of
my death.
TAIRD: In the event of the death of my husband,
DOtuALD H. BALDAUF, before my own death or within a period of thir-
ty ( 30 ) days after my death, I give my entire e:�tate , consisting
of all. my personal property, both tangible and i.ntangible, and all
rny reail property wherever situate, to my daughter, MARY CLAIRE

FOURTH: The interest of tkie beneficiaries hereunder
shall not be subject to anticipation or assignment nor to volun-
tary or involuntary alienation.
FIFTH: In addition to th�e powers granted by law, my
Exec�tor shall have the following powersa
(a) T� sell any or all of my real estate for such
price or prices and upon such terms and conditians as he or she
may deem best for any purpose of administration or distribution.
(b) To retain all stocks, bonds and investments
owned by me and to invest and reinvest in other stocks, bonds and
investments, without being confined to what are known as "legal
invest.ments" , and to sell and transfer the sameN either in person
or by attorney, without liability on the purchasers to see to the
application of the purchase or consideration money.
( c) To purchase securities at a premium, to amor-
tize the premium out of income, or ta charge th�=_ same partly to
incomca, at such times and in such amaunts, as y�=_ or she may deem
best.
(d) To exercise any option to subscribe for
stocks , bonds or other investments.
(e) To join in any phan of lease , mortgage, con-
solidation, exchange, reorganization or foreclosure of any corpo-

ration in which the estate may hold stocks, bonds or other securi-
ties.
SIXTH : I appoint my husband, DONALD H. SALDAiIF, as
Fxecutor of this my Will. Should my said husband Uredecease me,
renounce this appointment or otherwise become inr_anable of so act-
ing, tk�en and in such event I appoint ma daughte'r . MARY CLAIRE
PATTON„ as Executrix under this my Wil.l.
