AND NOW, this 7a' day of June, 2013, upon consideration for services rendered
by Dr. John M. Hume, M.D., J.D., being court appointed to do an evaluation of Mr.
James E. Kauffinan to aid this Court in making a determination of whether to grant a
guardianship of the estate and person of James E. Kauffinan, and the parties hereto
having agreed to share the costs of such an independent evaluation, it is hereby ordered
that each party hereto shall pay 50% of the total invoice submitted by Dr. Hume (each
party to pay $514.31) within 30 days of the date of this order.
