WHEREAS, Catherine G. Oelschlegel, (hereinafter referred to as thE?�D�edenY�;the_t�c,,

resident of 325 Wesley Drive, Apartment 3132, Lower Allen 'I'ownship, Cumberland Cs�inty, '�r
Commonwealth of Pemisylvania, died on April 10, 2013;
ANC) WHEREAS, on Apri130, 2013, Decedent's brother, Norman G. Oelschle�el, applied
to (and was ;ranted by) the Cumberland County Register of Wills for Letters "Cestamentary in
accordance with 'Che Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Codc ("P�PCODE") in that
Decedent died testate;
AND WHEREAS, pursuant to the PEFCODE, Decedent's 6rother, Lawrence E.
Oelschlegel, the undersigned, who resides at 110 Faculty Lane, Romeoville, Illinois, would be
entitled, pursuant to the PEFCODE and under the DecedenCs Will, to a portion of the Estate of
Dccedent.
WHF?,REAS, the Decedent's brother, Lawrence E. Oelschlegel, wishes:
1. To hereby disclaim his entire interest in all of the aforesaid estate and assets and
any other assets there may be in which Decedent held an interest at the time of her
death and which formed part of her probate or otherwise taxable estate for
ir�heritance and death tax purposcs or which are reportable for inheritance tax

purposes, whether or not taxable, including, but not limitcd to, two (2) lRA
Accounts held by I'ox Chase E3ank 1nd Washington Savings Bank; and
?. To state that he has not hereYof'ore received or accepted any benetit ti-om said
HSSOIS.
NOW "CHGREFORE, pursuant to the PEFCODE, 20 Pa. C.S.A. Section 6201 et seq., The
Pennsylvania [nheritance and Estate "C1x Act, 72 P.S. Section 91 16 (c) and Section 2518 of the
[nternal Revenue Code, and any and all other applicable law, the undersigned, Lawrence G.
Oelschlegel, without consideration, does irrevocably renounce and disclaim his in[erest in all of
the aforesaid assets, together with any and all income earned Chereon whether before the date of
Decedent's death or thereafter.
Che imdersigned further request the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Commonweahh of Pennsylvania, t� accept and file this
Absolute Disclaimer. "Che undersigned specifically irrevocably waives any and all powers which
he may have to rcvol<e this Absolute Disclaimer. Further, the �mdersigned has read this Absolute
Disclaimer, signs it voluntarily ancl without duress, states that he has had an oppoRunity to consult
counsel prior to signing and intends to be legally bound hereby.
