(See property description attached.) Hotel Room Rental Taxes for March, 2013 through May, 2013 (estimated): March, 2013 through May, 2013, inclusive at $3,000 /month: $9,000.00 Total Hotel Room Rental Taxes Owing: $9,000.00 Late Fees ( 3 at $100.00) $ 300.00 Total Taxes and late fees: $9,300.00 Plus costs together with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing. The Hotel Room Rental Taxes, late payment fees and interest are levied pursuant to the authority of the County Code, Act of August 9, 1955, P.L. 323, § 1770.6, as amended, 16 P.S. § 1770.6, as amended and Cumberland County Ordinance No. 2001 -3, as amended.
