ORDER OF CHANGE OF NAME
AND NOW, this 14th day of August, 2013, upon consideration of the
Petition for Change of Name, the Court has determined that the requirements for
a name change pursuant to 54 Pa. C. S. A. § 701 have been satisfied.
THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that
the name of the Minor Child, IRIS RENE SHEARER is hereby changed to IRIS
RENE OWEN and that Minor Child, from this date forward, shall exclusively use
and be known by the name of IRIS RENE OWEN.
