AND NOW, this 17th day of June 2013, upon consideration of the Response to
Citation and to Petition for Citation Sur Appeal from Register in Probating Will and
Request for Constructive Trust and New Matter with Counterclaims, a CITATION is
issued upon Kelly Petersheim to show cause why relief requested should not be
granted.
PETITIONER, Steven R. Maben, shall effectuate service of this Citation upon
Kelly Petersheim. Proof of service must be filed prior to the court entertaining a motion
to make citation absolute.
CITATION RETURNABLE twenty (20) days from the date service by Petitioner
Steven R. Maben.
The Petition for Citation Sur Appeal from Register in Probating Will and Request
for Constructive Trust shall be held in ABEYANCE to allow Respondent Kelly
Petersheim the opportunity to respond to the counterclaims.
