BE IT REMEMBERED THAT
I, ROBERT EUGENE HECK, a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my
LAST WILL and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils previously made

TODD M. HECK.
I am currently living with JOANN MARIE SMELTZER who is the mother of two (2)
children, TAMMY L. WHITEBREAD and JODI M. SWARTZ.
II
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid from my residuary estate as
soon as practicable after my decease.
III
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature
and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.
IV
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, whether real or personal, wherever situate,
including any property over which I may have a power of appointment to my friend, JOANN
MARIE SMELTZER provided that she survives me by thirty (30) days.
V
In the event that JOANN MARIE SMELTZER shall predecease or fail to survive me by
thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, whether real or personal, wherever
situate, including any property over which I may have a power of appointment, to my three (3)
children, ROBERT C. HECK, TERRANCE E. HECK, and TODD M. HECK, and Joann Made
Smeltzer's two (2) children, TAMMY L. WHITEBREAD and JODI M. SWARTZ, in equal shares,
per stirpes.
Each of the above named children of mine and of Joann Marie Smeltzer have children of
their own. If any of our children's children inherit property pursuant to the terms of this Will that
property is to be place in a custodial account with Robert C. Heck as the Custodian of the accounts
for any of my grandchildren. The back-up Custodian to Robert C. Heck will be Terrance E. Heck
and the back-up to Terrance E. Heck will be Todd M. Heck. With regard to the grandchildren of
Joann Marie Smeltzer, the primary Custodian of the accounts will be Jodi M. Swartz and the back-
up Custodian will be Tammy L. Whitebread.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my friend, JOANN MARIE SMELTZER as Executrix of
this LAST WILL, to serve without bond. If JOANN MARIE SMELTZER is unable or unwilling to
act in that capacity, then I nominate, constitute and appoim my son, ROBERT C. HECK, and Joann
Marie Smeltzer's daughter, JODI M. SWARTZ as Co-Executors of this LAST WILL, to serve
without bond.

I declare that I am not married, my wife and the mother of my children, Gloria Heck, having
predeceased me. I have three (3) children, namely ROBERT C. HECK, TERRANCE E. HECK and
TODD M. HECK.
I am currently living willI JOANN MARIE SMELTZER who is tile motller of two (2)
children, TAMMY L WHITEBREAD and JODI M. SWARTZ.

I direct iliat all my just debts and fWleral expenses shall be paid from my residuary estate as
soon as practicable after my decease.

and the back-up to Terrance E. Heck will be Todd M. Heck. With regard to the grandchildren of
Joann Marie Smeltzer, the primary Custodian of the accounts will be Jodi M. Swartz and the back-

7. Dampness is noted in the basement of the SUbject. Standing or running water was not
present on basement floor.
8. The subject is older than five(5) years old. All mechanical systems including the
heating, electrical and plumbing system appears upon a visual exterior inspection to
be in WOrking order. No warranties are implied in this statement.
9. The electrical system was not connected during inspection.
