Dear Clerk Of Orphan 's Court:
On June 3, 2013, this Honorable Court issued an Order in the above
subject matter, which granted our Petition For Issuance Of Marriage License.
In said "Order" it directed the Register Of Wills to arrange to have a
representative from that office to meet with me here at SCI-Camp Hill in
order to obtain my signature on a valid Marriage License Application.
Therefore, I am requesting that the Register Of Wills send me the
name of the representative from that office who will be meeting with me
here at SGI-Camp Hill, so that I can place that person on my Visitor ' s
List in accordance with this Court' s Order.
I thank you for your time and consideration, and look forward to
the above requested information.
