APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENTION OF TIME TO FILE AUDITOR'S REPORT
AND NOW this 20�` day of June, 2013, comes Joseph D. Buckley, Esquire, the Auditor
appointed in the above captioned matter, pursuant to Rule 8.2 of the Rules of the Orphan's Court
and applies for an extension to file his report based on the following:
1. Your Honor had recently extended my commission by Order of March 31, 2013 for a period
of ninety (90) days in which to file my final reports in this matter.
2. My final report is ready; however, my assistant is on vacation this week and I am scheduled
to be out of the office beginning next week until after the July 4�'holiday.
3. The number of pages to compile and print and send to all parties together with the logistics
of getting the records including transcripts and exhibits to the Court is a greater task than
anticipated.
4. I request an extension to file the report until July 15, 2013. c� � � �
