KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, Owen Scott te, G '- beneficiary

under the Last Will and Testament of Ruth B. White, �}}ate �,xk�,ettyy``T� ownship of
Lower Allen, County of Cumberland, and State of Penis l t<3a, `7 Jased, do
hereby acknowledge that I have this day had and receiQWA FR4nM:FwQ9.Jer*Yey R.
White, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Ruth B. White, Deceased, "the
sum of $220,559.52 in cash and $2,050.00 in personal property, as set forth in
the informal account of said Executor in full satisfaction and payment of all
such sum or sums of money, share or shares, portion or portions, due me under
the said Last Will and Testament, as set forth in the informal account of said
Co-Executor, a copy of which I have received and examined.
AND THAT I, knowing that said account is made without a formal
accounting by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Orphans' Court
Division, and is therefore in lieu of such formal accounting, accept and
approve said informal account with the same force and effect as if it had been
duly filed in the Office of the Register of Wills, audited in the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Orphans' Court Division, adjudicated by said
Court and confirmed absolutely, and the amount paid to me had been awarded to
me by said Court.
AND THAT I, in consideration of the agreement of the other
beneficiaries of the Last Will and Testament of Ruth B. White, Deceased, who
are known to me at this time also to have confirmed or are confirming this
informal account and to have released and indemnified or are releasing and
indemnifying said Co-Executor, his heirs, Executors and administrators, for
myself and my Executors and administrators, heirs, successors, and assigns,
hereby indemnify said Executor, his heirs, Executors and administrators,
against all liability, loss, expense, or surcharge, which may be incurred by
the Co-Executor, as a result of said informal account and the payment of the
claims and the distribution stated therein and made in accordance therewith, in
the proportionate amount that my interest in the said Last Will and Testament
bears to the interest of the said other known beneficiaries, and agree to pay
such amount to the Executor in his fiduciary capacity upon demand, and further,
do remise, release, quitclaim, and forever discharge the said Co-Executor, his
heirs, Executors, and administrators, of and from the said sum or sums of
money, share or shares, portion or portions, and of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims or demands whatsoever, for or by
reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever.
