The D'Agostino Family Limited Partnership-The D'Agostino Family Limited 83,457.66
Partnership Agreement is dated December 22, 1997,a copy of which is attached. A
summary and calculation as to the partnership interest of Janet K. D'Agostino is
attached. Janet K. D'Agostino,the Decedent,at the time of her death,owned a three
(3%)percent interest in the D'Agostino Famify Limited Partnership. The Decedent has
gifted her interests in the D'Agostino Family Limited Partnership to family members
such that at the date of her passing she retained only a three(3%)percent ownership
interest. The Decedent's interest is reflected in the Partnership Income Tax Returns for
the years 2008,2009,2010,2011 and 2012.
The assets and liabilities comprising the D'Agostino Family Limited Partnership
Agreement are outlined on the attached spreadsheet titled"The D'Agostino Family
Limited Partnership/Reai Estate and Personal Property Interests". Also included are �
calculations as to County Assessed Values as to all parcels of real estate and
appraisais of personal property where applicab{e. The date of death values for the
utility traiter and snowblower are best estimates. The utility trailer is a 1993 model.
The snowblower is at least ten(10}years old.
