I, FLOYD EUGENE BROVVNNING, JR., an adult individual resid�g at 502 �r�uth�; �:����

Fourth Street, Apt. 212, Newport, PA 17074, brother of the above-named decedent, Wanda L.
Brownning (hereinafter"Decedent") who died on March 30, 2013, and an heir of her estate
under 20 Pa. C.S.A. §2201 et al., do hereby exercise the right granted to me under Chapter 62 of
the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa. C.S.A. Section 6201 et seq., and
Sections 2046 and 2518 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended(the "Code"), and
hereby irrevocably, absolutely and without qualification, forever disclaim, renounce, release and
refuse all of my rights to share in Decedent's Estate, along with all income, interest and
dividends received, accrued or payable on such share so disclaimed and all redemption or sales
proceeds from such disclaimed share. The within Disclaimer and Renunciation shall extend to
all interests passing to me as a consequence of the death of the Decedent, whether distributable
to me by survivorship, operation of law, intestacy, contract, inter vivos transfer, testamentary
disposition of the Decedent's Estate.
And I have not intended to accept or otherwise acted to accept any of the above
disclaimed share since the death of the Decedent.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF and intending to be legally bound hereby, and further
intending that this Disclaimer and Renunciation be filed with the Clerk of the Cumberland
County Orphans' Court and a copy delivered to Dianna Casner, as Administrator of the Estate of
Wanda L. Brownning, all as provided in 20 Pa.C.S.A. §6204(a), I have hereunder set my hand
