RECEIPT, RELEASE AND APPROVAL OF ACCOUNT > ?
I, DONNA J. PAFF, being one of the beneficiaries and
Co-Executors of the Estate of Jean M. Bohn, hereby acknowledge
that I have examined and joined in the Account of the Executors,
accept and approve the same as being true, complete and correct
in all respects, and agree that the estate may be settled without
the filing of said Account in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumber-
land County, Pennsylvania, Orphans' Court Division, and that the
Executors may distribute the portion of the estate designated for
me in the Decedent' s Will, and as proposed in the Schedule of
Distribution.
In consideration of the foregoing distribution, I
hereby release absolutely and discharge my Co-Executors from any
liability whatsoever in connection with the distribution and the
administration generally of the estate.
This Release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns.
