Dear Ms. Fanner Strausbaugb:
This letter responds to your July 1, 2013 notice concerning the estate of Gloria J. Smith.
Thomas Capper is no longer with our office.
Please note that we have attempted to contact the personal representative, Dawn Arcati,
in recent months but have not received any response. We are unable to report about the status of
administration. However, recently, we wrote to Ms. Arcati to remind her of her obligation to
report pursuant to Rule 6.12.
If necessary, I will take steps so the record reflects that we no longer represent the estate.
Kindly advise if that is necessary.
