Letters Testamentary to Leonard A Kutz, spouse of Cordelia, were required to close out
one brokerage account held in Cordelia's name only. All other holdings were in Joint
names or listed my name as beneficiary including Retirement and IRA plans. Retirement
account and IRA info included on Inventory because this information was requested on
REV-1500 Pa Tax form.
