DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 1 st day of July,2013, after hearing testimony on the
Petition to Admit to Probate a Photocopy of Will, filed by John Raymond Mattson
through his attorney Roger M. Morgenthal, Esquire, IT IS HEREBY DECREED
that the photocopy of the document, dated October 6, 2004, is admitted to probate
as the Last Will and Testament of Raymond H. Mattson along with the original
Codicil, dated August 1, 2012. Letters Testamentary shall be granted to John
Raymond Mattson upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters.
John Raymond Mattson shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary
under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this
estate according to law.
