NO. 2013 - MLD BARRY T. LYONS and CYNTHIA A. LYONS, Owners MUNICIPAL CLAIM Township of Hampden ( "Claimant ") files this Municipal Claim against Barry T. Lyons and Cynthia A. Lyons, having a last known address of 5511 General Jenkins Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 ( "Owners ") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 5247 East Trindle Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10 -22 -0523 Parcel No.: 009 for an unpaid sewer tapping fee. Said fee was assessed and charged by Resolution 2013- 05 in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.S. § 5601, et seq., as amended, and notice to pay a tapping fee and to LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C. connect the above premises to the sanitary sewer system was given pursuant to 4074 e v so Hampden Township Code of Ordinances, Chapter 18, Part 1, Section 101, et seq., as amended. The sanitary sewer line extension was substantially completed in front of the above premises by; on or about March 28, 2013 with notice of the assessment of the tapping fee and the need to pay the tapping fee being given as required by the Hampden Township Code of Ordinances, Chapter 18, Part 1 on March 28, 2013 and also on May 14, 2013 by regular first class mail and certified return receipt requested, which notice was received by the Owners. The amount of $6,925.00 is hereby assessed against above Owners and premises beginning July 1, 2013, being at least 45 days after the notice being given to the Owners of the need to pay a tapping fee and connect to the sanitary sewage line extension, for which sum, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.S. § 5601, et seq., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et seq., as supplemented and amended.
