order to prevent the Property &om deteriora[ing or dxnasing in value due to its condition. Unless it is
de[erminal pursuent to Soction 5 that repair or reatorarion is not oconomically feasible, Borrower shall
pmmpdy repair the Property if damaged ro avoid fiuther deteriotation or damage. If insutatMe or
condemnation proceeds are paid in con�ction with damage to, or the talcing of, the Property, Botrower
shall be responsible for repairing or restoring the Property only if Lender Las eeleased proceeds for such
purpoaes. Lender may disburse proceeda for the repeirs and restoration in a single payment or in a series of
pro�ess paymm[s as the work is co�leted. If the inaureace or condemnation procoeds are no[ sufficient

IQwwtedge or consent gave u�auriially false, misleading, or inaccurate information or statemenu to L.ender
(or failed to provide Lmder with mazerial infocmation) in connection with the Loan. Maurial
representations include, but are �t liadted to, representations co�ming Horrower's occupancy of the
Property as Borrower's principal residrnce.
