ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this day of July, 2013, upon consideration of the
Petition to Appoint Emergency Plenary Guardian of the Estate of N. Carl Vandling,
pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. Section 5513 a hearing is set for the 17`" day of July, 2013.at
1:30 p.m., in Courtroom Number 1. Notice of this hearing shall be provided to the
alleged incapacitated person in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S. Section 5511(a). Petitioner
shall also provide notice to Charlotte Vandling, the wife of the alleged incapacitated
person, and his daughters Carol Vandling and Diane Brubaker. Notice shall also be
provided to Brandi Neff, granddaughter of the alleged incapacitated person. Pending
the aforesaid hearing or further order of court, all of the aforesaid individuals are
directed to refrain from any action that would dissipate the estate of the alleged
incapacitated person.
The court appoints Lauren Bogar, Esquire as counsel for the alleged
incapacitated person.
