Plaintiff is M &T Bank, duly organized and doing business at the above - captioned address. 2. The Defendant is Joseph B. Horst, who is the mortgagor and owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his/her last -known address is 202 Britton Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257. 3. On May 18, 2007, Joseph B. Horst, mortgagor, made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for M &T Bank which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1993, Page 0687 ( "the Mortgage "), such Mortgage being incorporated herein by reference pursuant to Rule 1019(g) Pa. R. C. P. 4.
