ITEM 1: I devise and bequeath my residence, including fumiture and contents, situate at 543 Magaro Road, Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to my son, LAWRENCE DALLMEYER of 543 Magaro Road, Enola, Pennsylvania. In the event my son, LAWRENCE DALLMEYER predeceases me or is not living on the thirtieth (30�) day following my dexnise,I devise and bequeath the said residence, including furnihue and contents, to my sons, JOHN E. DALLMEYER of 155 Reeser Drive, York Haven, York County, Pennsylvania, and LEROY M. DALLMEYER of 606 Belle Vista Drive, Summerdale, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, who shall take title as joint tenants with rights of � survivorship and not as tenants in common. In the event the beneficiaties, noted in this Item 4, are unable to agree as to distribution of the residue of my estate, my personal representative is authorized to liquidate the items either at public or private sale and the proceeds will be part of the residue of my Estate and distribution shall be as stated in this Item 4. ITEM 5: Should any beneficiary entitled to a shate of my estste not have attained the age of twenty-five (25) yeazs at the time of distriburion to him or her, I devise and bequeath the share of such beneficiary to the mother of any beneficiary, in separate irusts, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the share so received, in accumulation of income thereon, and to use and apply the income and principal, or so much thereof as, in Trustee's discretion, may be necessary or appropriate for such beneficiary's maintenance, support, and education (including college education, both graduate and undergraduate) or to any person taking caze of such beneficiary. Any principal or income not so applied shall be dish-ibuted to such beneficiary absolutely when he or she attains the age of twenty-five (25) years.
