North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Leslie A. Manuel and
George W. Manuel, III, 120 Wynnwood Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 120 Wynnwood Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P. S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above - described property in the
amount of $338.49, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

of said Wynwood Drive a distance of 90 feet to a steel pin; thence South 7 degrees 30 minutes
West a distance of 145.3 feet to a steel pin; thence South 65 degrees 58 minutes West a distance
of 35.6 feet to a steel pin; thence South 87 degrees 28 minutes West a distance of 60.7 feet to a
steel pin; thence North 7 degrees 30 minutes East along the Eastern line of Lot No. 6 in the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, a distance of 174.3 feet to a steel pin the Place of

Being all of Lot No. 7 and the Western 30 feet of Lot No. 8 in the Plan of Lots known as Valley
View Acres, said Plan of Lots being recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumberland County in Plan Book No. 3, Page 114.
BEING improved with a two story frame dwelling house known as No. 120 Wynwood Drive.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Francis T. Brown and Lorraine Brown by their Deed
dated June 19, 1962, recorded June 19, 1962, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book N20, Page 1117, granted and conveyed unto
Richard E. Wise and Opal L. Wise, the Grantors herein.
Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods, waters, watercourses,
rights, liberties, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining; and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof,• And Also all the estate, right, title, interest,
use, possession, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors both in law and in
equity, or, in and to the premises herein described and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To Have And To Hold all and singular the premises herein described together
with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Grantees and the Grantees' proper use and
benefit forever.
And the Grantors covenant that, except as may be herein set forth, they do and will Specially
Warrant and Defend the lands and premises, hereditaments and appurtenances hereby
conveyed, against the Grantors and all other persons lawfully claiming the same or to claim the
same.
In all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or corporations, the use of any
particular gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender
or number as the text of the within instrument may require.
Wherever in this instrument any party shall be designated or referred to by name or
general reference, such designation is intended to and shall have the same effect as if the words
"heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns" has
been inserted after each and every such designation.
