JONES, Defendants MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1 The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Jesse R. Jones and Joana D. Jones, 17 Channel Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3 A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A" with an address of 17 Channel Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above - described property in the amount of $343.40, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter. 6 Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full. Heckert, TRACT 2: BEGINNING at a stake on the Westerly side of a driveway along the Conodoguinet Creek, which stake is Fifty -five (55) feet Southerly from an iron pipe at the corner of the lot now or formerly of Raymond Stringfellow; thence from said stake and at right angles to the drive, North 34 degrees West, One Hundred Forty (140) feet to a stake at land now or late of J. Mae Stine and Peach Belle Stine, and or Raymond Stringfellow; thence by land now or formerly of J. Mae Stine and Peach Belle Stine, South 06 degrees West, One Hundred (100) feet to a stake at a corner of lot of said Stines; thence by the same, South 84 degrees East, One Hundred Forty A(140) feet to stake at fence line on the side of the Creek aforesaid; thence along the side of the Creek Drive, North 08 degrees East, One Hundred (100) feet to a stake, the place of BEGINNING. BEING the same premise conveyed by Beatrice M. Heckert Jr. having died September 4, 2004, title to the same became vested by operation of law solely in his surviving spouse, Beatrice M. Heckert. UNDER AND SUBJECT to any existing covenants, easements, encroachments, conditions, restrictions, and agreements affecting the property, visible or of record. TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress to and from said lot along the private road upon which the lot fronts and also together with the riparian rights applicable to the Conodoguinet Creek on the opposite side of the private road from the lot herein conveyed; and reserving similar rights in common with the Glenn E.
