claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the . County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Shawn M. Moose and
April M. Moose, 3254 Spring Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1559 Spring Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above - described property in the
amount of $255.82, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

grantor does hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, their heirs and

lands now or formerly of Abram C. and Kathleen M. Bert, South 39 degrees 21
minutes 25 seconds West, 29.51 feet to a fence post; thence North 57 Degrees 14
minutes 17 seconds West, 87.45 feet to an iron pin; thence North 58 degrees 26
minutes 10 seconds West, 67.85 feet to an iron pin, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING known and numbered as 1559 Spring Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
BEING the some premises which Robert J. Trimmer, II and Erica M. Trimmer, a /k /a
Erica M. Novak, husband and wife, by Deed dated June 10, 1997 and recorded
June 18, 1997 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Deed Book 159, Page 643, granted and conveyed to Jeffrey M.
Hannan, a single man, Grantor herein.
