Please be advised that this office represented the estate of Alice H. Yost,No: 21-07-0525. T'he
estate has been settled and closed since 2008. The Executrix for the Estate, Sally A. McBrayer,
has found additional monies owed to the estate through Computershare. For that reason, we
request a new Short Certificate be issued in the estate and sent to our office. I have enclosed a
check in the amount of$5.00 to cover the Short Certificate fee along with a self addressed
stamped envelope. For yow convenience, I have also enclosed a copy of the original Short
Certificate issued on May 31, 2007. ��.
