COMES NOW, Nicholas Taraschi Allen Building Systems Inc., General Manager, as a representative of
Allen Building Systems Inc ., a Pennsylvania corporation acting as a Contractor, which has provided labor
and /or materials for the repair and restoration of the property located at and described as 1700 Maple
Street, New Cumberland PA 17070, Municipality: New Cumberland Borough, County of Cumberland:, for
which Allen Building Systems Inc. has not been paid and is therefore filing this Claim of Mechanics Lien
against the building and premises here described, and would state as follows:
1. The above - described property is owned by or reputed to be owned by Craig Marshall and Ethel
Marshall, who may be reached at the following address: 1700 Maple Street, New Cumberland
PA, 17070.
2. The undersigned furnished labor and materials for Emergency Services and Repair Services
completed on the 5th day of March 2013.
3. Labor and materials were provided under a contract with the property owner executed on the.
2nd day of February 2013, and the following is a general statement of the kind and argefter of
the labor and materials furnished: Emergency Services and Repair Services to the Lifie-,
