DECREE
AND NOW,this day of JULY, 2013, upon review and consideration of a letter
dated June 21, 2013 from Susan W. O'Donnell,Esquire, Senior Vice President&Trust Advisor
for The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Guardian of the Estate of Kathleen M. Knisely,which is
attached hereto and after consultation with counsel for the interested parties, it is Ordered and
Decreed that:
1. The Bryn Mawr Trust Company is authorized to cover from principal the current
income overdraft of$85,629.50 which was paid out by the Bryn Mawr Trust
Company to pay various federal, state and local taxes for Mrs. Knisely as set forth in
the attached letter; and
2. The Bryn Mawr Trust Company is further authorized to pay future federal, state and
local taxes and estimated taxes,plus real estate taxes as required in a timely manner
from principal.

Dear Judge Guido:
Thank you for sending your Order dated March 14, 2013 for the above-referenced
guardianship, which authorized The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, as Guardian of the Estate
("BMTC") to cover the income overdraft existing at that time. The purpose of this letter is to
request that the Court authorize BMTC to cover the current income overdraft and to pay
future income and real estate taxes from principal.
The current inc_orne=overdraft is $8 5;629:50;=which''is4he result of certain large income and

1. $55,000 paid to the US Treasury on 4/15/2013, representing the extension
payment for Mrs. Knisely's 2012 federal income tax liability and first quarter
estimate for 2013.
2. $11,000 paid to the PA Dept. of Revenue on 4/15/2013, representing the
extension payment for Mrs. Knisely's 2012 Pennsylvania income tax liability

3. .$4,102.21 paid to Alma Berresford, Tax Collector on 5/1/2013,representing
Mrs. Knisely's per capita real estate taxes.
4. $17,000 paid to the US Treasury on 6/14/2013, representing Mrs. Knisely's
second quarter estimate for 2013.
5. $3,600 paid to the PA Dept. of Revenue on 6/14/2013, representing Mrs.
Knisely"s second quarter estimate for 2013.
