AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Sings'-
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor, Michael J. Pykosh, Esquire,
and files the following municipal claim against Ronald D. Pompeo, Jr., and Deeanna D. Pompeo,
of which both currently own the property located at 1298 Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania 17055. Ronald D. Pompeo, Jr., and Deeanna D. Pompoe are the owners of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as
follows:
ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN lots of ground, situate in the Township
of Monroe, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Main Street in the Village of
Churchtown and at corner of Lot No. 6 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
thence along the line of said Lot No. 6 North seventy -two (72) degrees East one
hundred sixty -seven (167) feet to a point on the western line of a sixteen feet wide
alley; thence along the line of said Alley South eighteen (18) degrees nine (09)
minutes East one hundred (100) feet to a point; thence further along the line of
said Alley South twelve (12) degrees West ninety -seven and eight- tenths (97.8)
feet to a point in the center of a Public Road; thence along the center of said
Public Road North seventy -eight (78) degrees West one hundred thirty-three
(13 3) feet to an iron nail in the center of Main Street aforesaid; thence along the
center of said Main Street North eighteen (18) degrees nine (09) minutes West
one hundred fifteen (115) feet to a point in the center of said Main Street, at the
place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lots No. 7 and 8 on a Plan of Lots called Allen Heights laid out
by the said Harry E. Lichtenberger and Zora Ellen Lichtenberger, his wife, and
recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for said Cumberland County, in Plan
Book No. 3, Page 102.

BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Harold R. Ryder, Dolores K.
Mullen and Carole J. Pratt, by Deed dated June 13, 2003, and recorded June 24,
2003, in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Book 257, Page 3769, granted and conveyed unto Ronald D.
Pompeo, Jr., and Deeanna D. Pompeo, husband and wife.
TAX PARCEL NO. 22-28-2401-114.
Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and
Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer
rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02 -04, same being known as
a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to
be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's
sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but
not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township
Ordinan ce No. 99 -6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges.
Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statement(s) forwarded by Monroe Township
Municipal Authority for sewerage dues treated from April 1, 2013, through June 30, 2013, which
services total is in the amount of nine hundred six and 00 /100 ($906.00) dollars, which sum was
duly assessed against, and the real property described herein from the date of said billing
statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10 %)
percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed
against the above - described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16,
1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax
Liens).

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Pompeo:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer
account #1390 for real estate owned by you, same being known and numbered as 1298
Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg, PA. This account is delinquent. As of the last billing
notice, same being dated February 15, 2013, the delinquency is in the amount of
$616.00. The purpose of this letter is to give you the following three options regarding
your past due account:
A. Full Payment of the entire outstanding balance to be made within
ten (10) days of the date of this letter;
B. Contact the Authority to set up a Payment Agreement of a
minimum of $100.00 per month on account of the arrears and
required to keep up with all quarterly charges billed thereafter. The
Agreement must be finalized within ten (10) days of the date of this
letter;
C. The lien /sheriffs sale process will immediately commence if there
is no communication from the owner to set up and complete either
option A or B within ten (10) days of the date of this letter.
Option C will result in filing fees, service costs, and attorney's fees. Attorney's
fees that are incurred with respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be
assessed at the current rate. The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees may be
avoided by you making payment in full or executing a Payment Agreement within ten
(10) days of date of this letter.
