Buckley, Esquire, the Auditor appointed in the above captioned matter, pursuant to Rule 8.2 of the Rules of the Orphan's Court and applies for an extension to file his report and clarification of the form of the report based on the following: 1. On September 19, 2008 the Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr. appointed the undersigned as the Auditor. 2. On June 16, 2010, the undersigned completed 33 days of hearings covering a period beginning Apri121, 2009 through June 16, 2010. 3. The appointment for auditor included the audits of the first through fourth audit reports of the above Estate including audits of the Marital Trust and the Residuaty Trust established under said Estate through 2005. 4. On November 24, 2010, your Honor appointed the undersigned as the auditor regarding (1) the Statement of General Objections to Petition of Adjudication/Statement of Proposed Distribution of the Residuary Trust under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, Deceased filed November 22, 2010, on behalf of Robert M. Mumma II, by Maurice R. Mitts, Esquire; (2) the Objections to the Account of the Residuary Trust under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, � Deceased filed November 22, 2010, on behalf of Robert M. Mumma II, by Maurice R. Mitts, Esquire (1) the Statement of General Objections to Petition of Adjudication/Statement of Proposed Distribution of Residuary Trust under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, Deceased filed November 22, 2010, on behalf of Robert M. Mumma II, by Maurice R. Mitts, Esquire; (3) the Statement of General Objections to Petition of Adjudication/Statement of Proposed Distribution of the Marital Trust under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, Deceased filed November 22, 2010, on behalf of Robert M. Mumma II, by Maurice R. Mitts, Esquire; and (4) the Objections to the Account of the Marital Trust under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, Deceased filed November 22, 2010, by Barbara M. Mumma, pro se. 5. Hearing were held over the course of many months and the undersigned has had numerous other matters assigned to him and has issued numerous interim reports to his Honor. 6. In compiling the record and the final report, the undersigned did not inquire as to whether His Honor believes one consolidated report covering all the audit periods was required or whether two separate reports are required. 7. The undersigned has completed all findings, addressed the issues raised and reached conclusions, but needs guidance on whether two reports or one global report is required. 8.
