Duncan states that: 1. The petitioner is the niece of Mabel I. Gordon who died a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on January 24, 2002. 2. Decedent was a single woman who made her home with her niece, Gladys C. Duncan, for the past 35 years at 320 West Penn Street, Carlisle, PA, 17013. 3. On October 6, 1994, Decedent executed a will, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A", wherein it named petitioner as executor of her will. 4. The will was prepared by decedent's attorney, Frances H. Del Duca, and was notarized by Shirley Clevenger as evidenced by a copy from her ledger attached as Exhibit "B". 5. The will was delivered to the decedent who gave it to petitioner which was kept in petitioner's desk drawer in her bedroom. See envelope attached as Exhibit "C". 6. On April 14, 1999, decedent executed a Power of Attorney naming her niece, Gladys C. Duncan, as her Agent, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "D". 7. On August 2, 1999, decedent conveyed her residence at 320 West Penn Street to herself and her niece as joint tenants with right of survivorship, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "E". 8. Petitioner is unable to find the will which is missing from the envelope. 9. Decedent wanted to benefit petitioner in every way as petitioner has certain disabilities. WHEREFORE, petitioner respectfully requests that the photocopy of the will dated October 6, 1994 be admitted to probate. rances H.
