Eiizabeth P. Mullaugh respectfully petitions this Hon�rable Courk for leave to
withdraw the appearance of Richard W. Stevenson and the firm af McNees Wallace &
Nurick L�C as counsel for the Estate of Shirley Bennett Lotz {"Estate"} and for Dyane V.
�mith, in her capacity as Adminis#ra#ar d.b.n.c.t.a of the Estate, and, in support thereof,
avers as follaws:
1. Dyane V. �mith is the Administratrix d.b.n.c.t.a. ("Administratrix"} of the
Estate.
2. Due ta the retirement of Richard W. Stevensan firom the firm of McNees
Wallace & Nurick LLC ("McNees"}, the Administratrix has requested that McNees with�draw
: as Counsel for the Estate.
3. The Administra#rix is an attorney, who is a member in good standing af the
Connec#icut Bar, U.�. Qistrict Courk, Qistrict af�annecticut, and the Second Circui# Court of
Appeals, and does not require caunsel to replace McNees.
4. The Administra#rix consents to Petitianer's request, as evidenced by the
sig�ed consent form afi#ached hereto as Exhibit A.
WHEREF�RE, Petitioner, Eiizabeth P. Mullaugh, respectfully requests leave to
