The petition of John G. Smith states that: � � �"'

1. Petitioner is the son of FRANCIS C. MCCLURE ("Decedent")who died a resident of
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania on June 17, 2013.
2. Decedent was a widower who had one son. Decedent's sole heir is petitioner(his son).
_ 3. On December 15, 1994, Decedent executed a will, a copy of which is attached as E�ibit
A, wherein it named his spouse, GLADYS M. McCLURE as Executor. GLADYS M.
McCLURE predeceased Decedent on July 30, 1996. Decedent's will named Petitioner as
alternate Executor.
4. Decedent's Will named his wife, GLADYS M. McCLURE, as sole beneficiary.
GLADYS M. McCLURE predeceased Decedent on July 30, 1996. Decedent's Will
named Petitioner, David F. McCLURE as alternate beneficiary of Decedent's estate.
5. The preparer of the Will is unknown, and the will was a self-proving Will and is properly
witnessed and notarized.
6. Following execution of the Will by Decedent,the Will was photocopied and at least one
photocopy was delivered to the Decedent at the time of signing. Said photocopy was
found by Petitioner,but Decedent never informed his family as to where the Original
Will was stored for safekeeping.
7. ,Petitioner performed a diligent search of Decedent's residence and records, as well as
attempted to determine the preparer of the W
_ 8. ill, but has not been successful in locating the original Will.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that a photocopy of the will dated December 15,
1994, of FRANCIS C. MCCLURE, Deceased, be admitted to probate as if it were the original.
