For curb and sidewalk repairs for 114 East Main Street: $178.43 Together with an additional ten percent (10 %) penalty: $17.84 Solicitor filing fee: $125.00 Total: $321.27 Together with court filing costs and interest sec. leg. from February 1, 2013, the date of completion of the work. Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States mail, postage prepaid, to Jarrett Sumner, at 114 East Main Street on February 19, 2013, as shown in Exhibit B attached.
