The Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claims against Wava
L. Smith and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being known generally as 203 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, with a tax parcel
number 18 -23- 0565 -134 and more specifically described in Exhibit A attached and having thereon erected a
house.
For curb and sidewalk repairs for 203 East Main Street: $2,301.98
Together with an additional ten percent (10 %) penalty: $230.20
Solicitor filing fee: $125.00
Total: $2,657.18
Together with court filing costs and interest sec. lam. from February 1, 2013, the date of
completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States mail,
postage prepaid, to Wava Smith, at 235 East Main Street on February 19, 2013, as shown in Exhibit B
attached. The said services were provided by the Borough of Mechanicsburg and the charge levied therefor in
strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.O. 1655 (1965), No. 581,
Section 1801 et. seq. 53 P.S. Section 46801 et. seq. Ordinance 892, Part 4 of Chapter 21 and /or Part 9 of
Chapter 1 of the Code of Ordinances of the Boryugh of Me ic�bur .

estate of the decedent is hereby awarded to decedent's daughter, Wava

East by Lot now or formerly of A. B. Harnishj on the
North by- Strawberry Alley; and on the West by Lot now 1
or formerly of Louis Goldberg. Having a frontage on
East Main Street of -30-00 feet, and extending back the ;
same width 180.00 feet in depth to said Strawberry Alley. s

BEING the same premises which J. B. Fort, by his 'Deed
dated November 12., 1932 and recorded in the Cumberland
County Reoorderts Office in Deed Book "Z ", Volume 10,
Page 599, granted and conveyed unto Reno Simmons and Nora
€ Simmons, his wife. The said Nora Simmons died on February
11, 1960, whereupon sole title in said premises vented in
Reno Simmons. The said Reno Simmons thereafter died on
November 8, 1980, the within parcel of real estate thus
s.; being awarded from his estate to Wava L. Smith as above.
