NOW COMES the Borough of Mechanicsburg Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by its attorney Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, and files the within claim
for charges assessed with respect to sewer and /or refuse rates against above
named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough organized
and existing in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and /or refuse .rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. § 2231,
as amended.

4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendant(s) have not made payments for the services provided. ag3All
t 5. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
P.L. 207, Section 9, et seq ., 53P.S. §7143, as amended.
6. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is:

7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and /or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is
one thousand one hundred forty one dollars and eighty six cents ($1,141.86),
plus costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is April 1, 2012 to June 30,
2013 on Sewer and Refuse Account 3812 -0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its
favor and against the Defendant in the amount of one thousand one hundred
forty one dollars and eighty six cents ($1,141.86), plus cost and reasonable
attorney's fees.

BETWEEN William D. Damsky and Roxanne Damsky, husband and wife, of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Grantors)
and Stephen M. Donmoyer and Misty K. Donmoyer, husband and wife of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Grantees)
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars and 00 /100 ($211,900.00) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said
grantee, his heirs and assigns.
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Mechanicsburg Borough,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth on a Final Re- subdivision Plan for
Wynnewood Park, and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 46, Page 52, and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at appoint the Easterly right -of -way line of Patton Road at the dividing
line of Lots No. 9 and 10, of Block E as shown on the aforementioned Subdivision
Plan; thence along the same South 83 degrees 15 minutes 5 seconds East, a
distance of 124.08 feet to a point; thence South 10 degrees 12 minutes East, a
distance of 131,94 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots No. 9 and 8;
thence along same North 64 degrees 3 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of
183.88 feet to a point on the Southern right -of -way line of Patton Road; thence
along said right -of -way line of Patton Road by a curve to the left having a radius
of 200 feet, an arc distance of 67.00 feet to a point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 9 of Block E on the aforementioned Final Re- subdivision Plan for
Wynnewood Park and containing 13,751 sq. ft., more or less.

UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS to setback lines, easements and conditions of
prior record as shown on the Final Re- subdivision Plan as well as on the Plan of
Wynnewood Park, which was recorded in Cumberland County in Plan Book 45,
Page 24.
BEING the same premises which Wynnewood Park Development Company, a
general Pennsylvania Partnership consisting of DETWEILER ENETERPRISES, INC.,
JAMES O. LAWRENCE AND EDWARD W. SEIK, SR, AS PARTNERS, by Deed dated
December 31, 1985 and recorded January 7, 1996, in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book R31, Page 376, granted
and conveyed to William D. Damsky and Roxanne Damsky, , husband and wife,
Grantors herein.
AND the said Grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant
specially the property hereby conveyed.
