ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 17th day of July, 2013 , following a
hearing on the emergency petition for the appointment of a
plenary guardian of the estate of N. Carl Vandling, the Court is
satisfied by clear and convincing evidence that Mr. Vandling,
though not totally incapacitated, is incapacitated to the extent
that a limited emergency guardian for the estate of his person
is appropriate . Therefore, we appoint petitioner, Michael N.
Vandling, as limited guardian of the estate of N. Carl Vandling
for a period of 30 days . During that time, the guardian shall
have the authority to establish accounts for N. Carl Vandling,
which accounts shall receive automatic deposits of social
security funds, trust income, and wages from employment . The
guardian shall have authority to manage those accounts as well
as to manage the trust funds that Mr. Vandling receives . We
also give the guardian the authority to investigate Mr.
Vandling ' s obligations under any loans on which he is a cosigner
with Brandi Neff . A full guardianship proceeding shall be
initiated within 30 days of this order.
