Daniels, half-brather to the deceased, reques#ing that he renounce his right to
administer the esta#e and requ�st LetterS �� issued to his�Aunt N�ar}r E.
Schlusser, Petitioner.
: 2. The Respandent has failed ta return the farm or contact my ofFice regarding this
issue.
WHEREFCJRE, Petitioner prays this Court issue an arder requiring Respandent to show
cause within thirty days why he has not returned the form.
