NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE AMENDED PETITION
FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
1. Please take notice that the undersigned attorney for John M.Norris,the Administrator
the Estate of Michael C. Norris, deceased, intends to file an Amended Petition for Settlement of
Small Estate in the Orphans Court Division of the Court of Common Please in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. A copy of the Amended Petition for Settlement of Small Estate is attached to this
Notice.
3. You have ten (10) days from the date of this Notice to file an Objection to said
Petition with the Court.
4. If no Objection is filed, the Petition may be granted without further hearing, and a
Decree of Distribution may be issued in accordance with the Proposed Distribution as set forth in
the Petition.
