NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the First and Final Account and Statement
of Proposed Distribution of James D. Bogar, Executor of the Estate of Ruth
E. Evinger, was filed in the Cumberland County Register of wills Office on
July 26, 2013 . In the absence of exceptions to the Account, it will be
called for audit by the Court at 9 : 30 A.M. on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 .
A copy of the First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed
