AND NOW, this 27thday of JULY, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that AARON LONG and LISA DEIBEL
will apply on July 26, 2013 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary
circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license
immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C.
S. Title 23 are met.

PETITION FOR WAIVER OF THREE DAYS FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICAATION
I. Lisa Deibel who resides at 10434 W. Dartmouth Ave. Lakewood, CO 80227 and Aaron Long
who resides at 10434 W. Dartmouth Ave. Lakewood, CO 80227 would like to petition the
Court to waive the three days waiting period for issuance of a marriage license.
2. The reason for their request is that Aaron Long is unable to take more than one unpaid day of
leave for the wedding ceremony on July 270, 2013. His company's policy is one week
vacation after one year of employment. Graciously,his manager has allowed him to take one
unpaid day of leave for the wedding. Because of the restriction on vacation days, Aaron will
arrive in PA late Thursday,July 25 2013,and be available to appear at the Register of Wills
office to apply for the marriage license on Friday, July 26, 2013.
3. The petitioners would like to apply for a marriage license on July 26, 2013 with the date of
the marriage being July 27, 2013.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned petition the Court to waive the three day waiting period for
issuance of the mQ iage license.
