Tony Santana was named as Successor Trustee upon the death of the Settlor, George
H. Plough.

6. State how and when the present fund was awarded to Trustee(s):
Pursuant to Paragraph FOURTH of the Last Will and Testament of George H. Plough,
the decedent devised and bequeathed his residuary estate to The George H. Plough Trust,
and inter vivos trust dated July 24, 2002 which Settler funded prior to his death.
7. Period covered by accounting: July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013
8. Current fair market value of the Trust principal is $ 283,055 . 88 . (Seepage
11 of Account.)
9. State concisely the dispositive provisions of the Trust:
Upon the death of the Settlor, GEORGE H. PLOUGH, the Trust shall terminate. Upon
termination of the Trust, the remaining Trust estate shall be held IN FURTHER TRUST,
with the Trustee distributing the proceeds of the Trust estate in as equal shares as
possible over a five(5)year period beginning one (1)year from the date of death of the
Settlor until entirely distributed. The Trustees shall have complete discretion in the
manner with which they determine the value of each distribution,but shall, in any event
complete the total distribution of this trust within five (5)years of the death of the
Settlor. Each such distribution of this trust shall be distributed to the beneficiaries
according to their shares as identified on Schedule 'B" . . . "Two Schedules "B" were
found and a Petition to Determine the Beneficiaries was filed and an Order was granted
by J. Wesley Oler. (See Attached Order for list of beneficiaries and their shares.)
10. Explain the reason for filing this Account(if filed because of the death of a party, state
name of person, relationship to Trust and date of death):
This Account is being filed for The George H. Plough Trust as a Third and Partial
Account of the Trustee to acquaint interest parties with the transactions that have
occurred since the last accounting.

14. Written notice of the Audit as required by Pa. O.C. Rules 6.3, 6.7 and 6.8 has been or will
be given to all parties in interest listed in item 15 below. In addition, notice of any
questions requiring Adjudication as discussed in item 13 above has been or will be given
to all persons affected thereby.
A. If Notice has been given, attach a copy of the Notice as well as a list of the names
and addresses of the parties receiving such notice.
B. If Notice is yet to be given, a copy of the Notice as well as a list of the names and
addresses of the parties receiving such Notice shall be submitted at the Audit
together with a statement executed by Petitioner(s)or counsel certifying that such
Notice has been given.
C. If any such party in interest is not sui juris(e.g., minors or incapacitated persons),
Notice of the Audit has been or will be given to the appropriate representative on
such party's behalf as required by Pa. O.C. Rule 5.2.
D. If any charitable interest is involved,Notice of the Audit has been or will also be
given to the Attorney General as required under Pa. O.C. Rule 5.5. In addition,
the Attorney General's clearance certificate (or proof of service of Notice and a
copy of such Notice) must be submitted herewith or at the Audit.

Please be advised that the Third and Partial Account and Proposed Distribution of
Antonio Santana, Trustee of The George H. Plough Trust, has been filed with the Clerk
of the Orphans Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and will be called for audit before the Honorable Judges of said Court on
the 27th day of August, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom Number , of the Cumberland
County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The Court will be asked to approve the
account as stated and to make awards in accordance with the proposed distribution
schedule. A copy of the Account is enclosed.
It is not necessary that you appear at the audit. However, if you have any
objection to any items in the Account (or if you disagree with the position the accountant
has taken on any claim), you must do so in writing to the Clerk of the Orphan's Court
and in a form consistent with the Supreme Court and Local Orphan's Court Rules
